سياسة الاسترداد — Refund Policy

1. نقاط NidZid / NidZid Credits

نقاط NidZid التي تم شراؤها غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد إضافتها للمحفظة، إلا في حالات استثنائية.

NidZid Credits are non-refundable once added to your wallet, except in exceptional cases.

2. حالات الاسترداد المقبولة / Accepted Refund Cases

• خصم مزدوج (double charge) — استرداد كامل خلال 5 أيام
• خطأ تقني من جانب المنصة — استرداد كامل
• عدم تسليم النقاط رغم نجاح الدفع — استرداد كامل أو إضافة النقاط يدوياً

• Double charge — full refund within 5 days
• Technical error on platform side — full refund
• Credits not delivered despite successful payment — full refund or manual credit addition

3. طلب الاسترداد / Requesting a Refund

أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى support@nidzid.com مع رقم المعاملة وسبب الطلب خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

Email support@nidzid.com with your transaction ID and reason within 7 days of purchase.

4. رسوم الدعوات / Invitation Fees

رسوم إرسال دعوات الدوائر المقربة تُسترد تلقائياً إذا رفض المستلم الدعوة.

Circle invitation fees are automatically refunded if the recipient rejects the invitation.

5. مغادرة الدوائر المقربة / Leaving Circles

إذا قررت مغادرة الدائرة المقربة لشخص ما بعد أن قبلت دعوته واستلمت رسوم الدعوة، فيجب عليك إرجاع نفس الرسوم كاملة للمهتم بك (Scout) للتمكن من المغادرة.

If you decide to leave someone's close circle after accepting their invitation and receiving the fee, you must refund the exact invitation fee to the circle owner to leave.

6. المعالج / Processor

تتم عمليات الاسترداد عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية (Payment) خلال 5-10 أيام عمل.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Payment) within 5-10 business days.
